Our client is a Nigerian consulting firm which is well known in the Nigerian market, is truly established, and has a broad suite of consulting capabilities. They are now at a stage in their development where they need to appoint a Managing Director.
You will report in to the Chairman and work collaboratively with the Board of Directors in leading the firm in its delivery of advisory services in a range of fields including HR, transformation, IT enabled change, and process improvement. Clients are many of the country’s largest corporates, a number of Government departments and agencies, and multi-national companies who need support with regard to their existing or potential Nigerian entities. You will ensure that the firm’s fiscal, operations, business development, product development, marketing, human resource, technology, and sales strategies are effectively implemented internally and externally. You will manage a team of Partners and staff complement of over 100 people.
With a level of business stature and authority, you will be able to play a strong market facing role engaging with and winning clients in the private and public sectors in Nigeria. You may have a senior consulting background but alternatively may have strong business leadership experience. As well as being adept at operate effectively in the Nigerian market, it is imperative that you have a strong sense of business ethics and values.
