Radioactive Waste Management Limited (RWM) is the Government-owned company established to deliver a geological disposal facility (GDF) and provide solutions for the management of radioactive waste.  The GDF represents a major multi-billion pound national infrastructure programme.  RWM as the developer will work in partnership with communities that are willing to participate in the siting process.

As Head of Siting, you will be the Technical Authority and lead the implementation and programme management of the GDF site selection process. With a background in a geoscience or engineering discipline, you will have extensive experience of operating at the interface with planning authorities and regulators in the delivery of major infrastructure projects and engaging with community leaders. In a key leadership position, you will manage project and technical risks and play a critical role in assessing social, economic and political conditions, environmental impact, engineering feasibility and safety requirements.
