Recruitment of Real Estate Sales Manager
China First Highway Engineering Co. Ltd (CFHEC) was established in April 1963. CFHEC now affiliates to China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) and locates its headquarters in Beijing. The business now operates in 15 African countries, and five Asian countries. One of their countries of operation is Cameroun where they have a construction project building a road connecting Cameroun’s two main cities, Yaoundé and Douala.
They also have a landmark real estate project in Yaoundé city centre where they have worked with CCCG Overseas Real Estate PTE Ltd created an entity called Core Yaoundé Urban Complex Project Company Cameroun (CORECAM). The project will be developed by Yaoundé City government and CFHEC covering a green land area of around 18,000㎡, with plans to construction 80,000㎡ of office buildings, apartments (around 400), hotels and other business facilities.
They require a Real Estate Sales Manager to work on a full time basis in Yaoundé to develop and implement a marketing and sales plan for this development. There is the possibility that the individual can go on to manage the site including handling the ongoing facilities management and tenant services.
You will have experience of real estate sales and marketing ideally across residential and commercial sectors and / or in mixed developments, be presentable with an engaging personality with a high level of professional confidence. You are likely to be of French nationality or have strong connections with France, and be fluent in French and English. If you have experience of working in Africa or other emerging markets that would be particularly welcome.
