Creating a safer future by managing radioactive waste effectively, to protect people and the environment.

Circa £35K plus benefits

Radioactive Waste Management Limited (RWM) has been established to deliver a geological disposal facility (GDF) and provide solutions for the management of radioactive waste.  This represents a major multi-billion pound national infrastructure programme. RWM is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) which is responsible under the Energy Act 2004, for the clean-up of the UK’s publicly owned civil nuclear legacy sites including the management of radioactive waste.

We now require a Technical Integrator to support a number of work packages and tasks within the HAW programme. Reporting to the Project Manager and working in close liaison with RWM’s specialists as well as site license companies and other contractors across the wider supply chain, you will contribute to the management and technical delivery of the Higher Activity Waste programme.

Integrating inputs from a broad spectrum of disciplines, you will provide support for the production and maintenance of waste package specification as well as the effective engagement with a variety of key stakeholders at varying levels both internal and external to the organisation, central to helping RWM deliver on its objectives.

Closing date for applications is Monday 3rd December 2018
